REPLACEMENTS / WARRANTY: SOP Member Warranty: Replacement of broken cassettes, CDs, binders and inserts purchased directly from Books on Tape is FREE for active SOP members. This warranty applies separately to each SOP format and is only valid for the life of the title or for an extended period for those titles in our digital library. Titles in our "Digital Library" provide continued replacement availability during the life of the title and for an unlimited period of time after a title goes out of print, except in the rare instance that a licensor denies BOT the right to provide free replacements after rights to a title revert. A list of all the titles protected in our digital library will be available on our website ASAP. Standard Warranty: Free replacement of broken cassettes, CDs, binders and inserts purchased direct from Books on Tape for 365 days after date of invoice Costs: (No Discounts Apply)
PAYMENT TERMS: Payment due 30 days from EOM RETURN POLICY: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, product is fully returnable within 90 days of date of receipt for credit at the price and discount at which the product was purchased. Full copy returns are required for credit. Returns should be mailed, at customer expense, to our mailing address. Return authorization is not required, however, all returns should be made with a claim copy or packing slip indicating for each title returned the ISBN#, quantity, account name and number, and date of receipt of purchase. Books on Tape reserves the right to change the Terms of Sale at anytime. |
