Discount: 25% discount on all large print titles purchased through the Exclusive SOP (discount calculated off invoice). POPULAR SOP Minimum commitment to purchase 16 large print books per season, 48 per year (select your own titles or have us choose for you). Discount: 25% discount on all large print titles purchased through the Starter SOP (discount calculated off invoice). Standard Orders (Non-SOP Orders): 10% discount on all titles purchased outside of a standing order plan (discount calculated off invoice). |
OTHER TERMS OF SERVICE: FREIGHT: Free freight on all large print orders. SHIPMENT MINIMUM: 1 book. CREDIT: Shipments will be made to all accounts in good credit standing, as determined by the Random House Credit Department. PAYMENT TERMS: Payment due 30 days from EOM. RETURN POLICY: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, product is fully returnable within 90 days of date of receipt for credit at the price and discount at which the product was purchased. Full copy returns are required for credit. Returns should be mailed, at customer expense, to our mailing address. All returns should be made with a claim copy or packing slip indicating for each title returned the ISBN#, quantity, account name and number, and date of receipt of purchase. |
