The List Manager is a versatile tool that allows you to create custom title lists and download Brief MARC Records prior to adding them to your cart for checkout. If your selections and ordering are handled by different departments, use our List Manager to create a list of titles. You can then share your list and associated Brief MARC records electronically with your technical services team whenever you are ready to order.
You must be logged-in and have an active list to launch the list manager.
What can I do with the List Manager?
How do I get started?:
STEP 1: Log-in to the BOT website using your account number and zip code
STEP 2: View any title on the title page, browse pages, or SOP pages and click the "Add to List" button
STEP 3: A pop-up will prompt you to add the title to an existing list or to create a new list
STEP 4: Save your list for future use or add selected titles to your cart for checkout
