With LIBRARY SELECT or SMART SHIP options you can set up your plan the way that best fits your library needs and patron demand:

Library Select:
OPTION 1: BOT will send the list of new releases for each new season, ranked in order based on print run, author popularity, and promotion plans. From this rich seasonal list, select titles and place your order by the 15th of the ending month of each season.
Smart Ship:
OPTION 2: Let us do the work for you. If the titles ranked for your plan are the ones you want, BOT Customer Service will generate your seasonal order automatically. Simply tell BOT how many titles and units per title you would like ordered each season and we'll ship them automatically each season.

How Can I Start My Standing Order Plan?
To sign up for a Standing Order Plan, please fill out and submit the following form. Once it has been reviewed, a Library Services representative will send you an e-mail confirming your enrollment. If you prefer, you can also sign up for any plan by calling our customer service department at 1-800-733-3000. Operators are available to take your call Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
